Dallaspresso is a Bahrain-based company offering premium coffee, karak, and beverage capsules compatible with selected coffee machines.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• Packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
• Products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Orders

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Payment failure.
• Pricing or product errors.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Product unavailability.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Dallaspresso does not store your payment card information.

7. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
• Free delivery offers are subject to the conditions advertised on the website.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Opened food products, including coffee capsules, cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

9. Promotions

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Discount codes may expire or be withdrawn without notice.
• Orders using abused or unauthorized promotional codes may be cancelled.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and text, remains the property of Dallaspresso and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by Bahraini law.
